Remember my post last September 26 about this movie? Wait no more ladies and gentle-ladies as Magic Mike’s trailer explodes recently and have met most positive feedbacks already..at least according to GeekScholarsMovieNews.

Fans of Alex Pettyfer including myself are surely back flipping to excitement right now while the rest are surely curious to know Channing Tatum‘s real-life experience as a dance stripper before he became famous.

Scheduled for a release this coming June 29, “Magic Mike” is a dramatic comedy set in the world of male strippers and is directed by Academy Award® winner Steven Soderbergh (“Traffic”) and stars Channing Tatum in the title role. The film follows Mike as he takes a young dancer called The Kid (Alex Pettyfer) under his wing and schools him in the fine arts of partying, picking up women, and making easy money.

Soderbergh directs from a screenplay by Reid Carolin. “Magic Mike” is produced by Nick Wechsler, Gregory Jacobs, Channing Tatum and Carolin.

Also starring are Matthew McConaughey (“The Lincoln Lawyer”), Cody Horn (TV’s “Rescue Me”), Olivia Munn (“I Don’t Know How She Does It”), Matt Bomer (TV’s “White Collar”), Riley Keough (“The Runaways”), Joe Manganiello (TV’s “True Blood”), Kevin Nash (WWE, “Rock of Ages”), Adam Rodriguez (TV’s “CSI: Miami”) and Gabriel Iglesias (Comedy Central’s “Stand-Up Revolution”).
